Julene's Experience
I assist first time buyers, seasoned home buyers, and investors in purchasing homes in Lorain, Cuyahoga & Medina counties. I have experience with FHA financing, FHA rehab loans, HUD properties, VA properties, foreclosures, short sales, single family homes, condominiums, cluster homes, and new construction. I have awards for $1 Million in sales in 2007 and $1.8 Million in 2008. I am a top producer in my office. I also head up the 24-7 after hours phone line that enables potential buyers to talk to a live agent after all offices are closed! Additionally, I am the mentor for new agents in the Amherst office.
